Luis Buchinho's Fall/Winter 2024/25 collection offers a thoughtful response to the complexities of contemporary times, blending concepts of love, protection and individuality. The designs embrace the body with silhouettes that alternate between enveloping and revealing, while maintaining a focus on personal expression.
Drawing inspiration from the 1960s, 70s and 80s, the collection features a harmonious interplay of structured and fluid materials. Long, elegant silhouettes are crafted from light wools, nylon, silk and viscose jerseys, while satin accents introduce a delicate, fragile quality to the designs.
The color palette is understated and sophisticated, dominated by neutral tones like black, white, sky, pearl and ice gray. These are complemented by earthy and muted shades of army green, clay and blue, adding depth and versatility to the collection.
The collection reflects a balance between nostalgia and modernity, offering timeless pieces that exude both elegance and emotional depth.
